We can only ask that you bear with us, and continue to monitor the progress of your order with your tracking number, as this is out of our hands once picked up by Canada Post. We cannot offer credits or refunds, and are under no financial obligation, due to any delays on behalf of Canada Post. We select only the healthiest plants and best condition products, prior to shipping.***

Tropical Expressions reserves the right for at least 24 hr after order is received to collect and preapre items, prior to Standard shipping.

Allow 2-5 business days for shipment.
We do not ship next day, after receiving order.

Our minimum order is $35.00 when ordering for delivery through Canada Post.

Tropical Expressions does everything possible to ensure that your plant arrives quickly and in a healthy condition. We ship our plants via Canada Post. To prevent trees from being held by the carrier over the long weekends, we ship on Mondays and Tuesdays so that all of the orders arrive before the end of the week. It takes 5 business days to process your order.

International Shipments

We do not ship Internationally. Only across Canada.

Handling Fee

The customer is responsible for Handling fee. We Guarantee the best material and technique available to ship your product safely.

Surcharge

Shipments outside of Ontario add the cost of fuel surcharge. This cost is calculated by the Canada Post according to the area of shipping.

Damage, Shortage and Claim

Any kind of product damage or shortage is required to be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. Always check the cartons upon receipt.

If box arrived in a good condition, but plant is damaged inside the box, e-mail picture to prove the damage in 48 hours. Your purchase and all fees will be refunded.

Canada Post does not issue insurance policy on perishable goods. It only insures a package if it is lost during delivery.

Damage, Shortage and Claim

We may delay the shipment of your tender tropical tree order until the weather warms up enough to avoid frost damage during transit. Should that be necessary we will contact you at that time.

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

Plant Viability Policy

No Guarantee on any plant once it leaves our premises since plants are a perishable living material.
