General Info

Vibrant hibiscus flowers are frequently utilized as a natural coloring agent.
The genus Hibiscus comprises tropical evergreen and temperate deciduous shrubs and small trees, boasting over 200 species
Hibiscus species are found in most tropical regions of the world and in cooler climates they are often grown as house plants

Watering

This variety should be allowed to slightly dry between waterings, but never left to dry out

Always check the soil to ensure it is dry; if it still feels moist, wait until the soil has dried out before watering again

Ensure when you water that the roots and soil have been thoroughly moistened by allowing water to drain through the bottom

Light Requirements

Hibiscus trees prefer to be placed in areas with full sun or partial shade
Make sure to avoid exposed to direct afternoon sun, as it can easily burn the foliage

Grow lights can be advantageous to ensure proper growth and development
