Description

Exotic and colourful, bromeliads are a diverse family of plants from the American tropics. Epiphytes, they are found growing under the canopy of great rainforest trees, often growing on them. As such, they prefer filtered, indirect light. They tolerate humidity and arid conditions, with adequate airflow. The soil should remain evenly moist, but have good drainage. Water when the top of the soil feels dry.
