Leaf Eugenia has similar characteristics to the Brush Cherry, with a key difference being the shape of the leaf. Box-leaf refers to the Buxus genus of hardy evergreen shrubs that all have characteristically small, round leaves.�This Eugenia also produces small white flowers and later on, little black fruit.This tree should remain moist and should not be allowed to fully dry out.
