International Shipments

We do not ship Internationally. Only across Canada.

Handling Fee

The customer is responsible for Handling fee. This covers packaging materials and labour to process your order. We guarantee the best technique available to ship your product safely.


All shipments are subject to fuel surcharges from Canada Post. This cost is calculated by the Canada Post according to the area of shipping.

Damage Claim

Any kind of product damage or shortage is required to be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. Always check the cartons upon receipt.

If the box arrives in good condition, but plant(s) are damaged inside the box, e-mail pictures to prove the damage in 48 hours. 

Canada Post does not issue insurance policy on perishable goods. It only insures a package if it is lost during delivery.

Shortage Claim

We may delay the shipment of your order until the weather warms up enough to avoid frost damage during transit. Should that be necessary we will contact you at that time.

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

Plant Viability Policy

No Guarantee on any plant once it leaves our premises since plants is a perishable living material.
