Often nicknamed prickly pear, Mickey Mouse Cactus, or  bunny ears, are a cactus that grow oval-shaped flat pads with all variety of spikes and barbs. These look fuzzy, but beware: what looks fuzzy is needles, just tiny. They can grow a few inches a year, and take little work to maintain and propagate, making them great practice for those new to plant care.
