Though native to Central and South America, the Pachira aquatica plant has become a global symbol of good fortune and prosperity. It is a very adaptable tree, and easy to maintain with minimal care. Keep it in a well-lit area, with good ventilation. Water the tree when the soil begins to feel dry. Ensure the entire root ball is moist after each watering. It can tolerate minimal droughts.
